We ship worldwide from our Pondicherry office via Blue Dart or DHL. Shipping in India is free, for other countries shipping charges will be specified on checkout. This will be calculated on the weight of each product. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from our courier partner, as applicable in your country.
All international orders go through customs and the process can take up to weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or sales tax. Additionally, we cannot alter international shipping forms (changing prices, marking orders as gifts, etc.) We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.naushadali.in cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
SHIPPING TIME :
On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 14 - 21 days. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.
However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your requirement, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note shipping time is when the product is dispatched from our office. Delivery may take a few extra days, as per the courier service.
MULTIPLE PRODUCTS :
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
